Happy Companies officially launched Happy People Engagement Platform, a new SaaS-based solution aimed to help teams and organizations accelerate their performance, spark workplace culture improvement, and unlock the potential of teams.

The Gradient cooperated with Happy Companies as an extension of their product team, working together from ideation all the way through launch. The Gradient team was leading UX research, product strategy, and web platform design.

About Happy platform

Happy People Engagement Platform has been created for today’s rapidly changing workplace. Happy leverages social media-like features combined with the latest technology and behavioral science to create a how-to guide for every employee, manager and leader in an organization.

Powering Happy is its NxtGen Assessment—a science-powered DISC behavioral assessment that draws inspiration from more than 80 years of EQ research. Happy NxtGen DISC Behavioral Assessment provides a powerful tool for understanding workplace dynamics and individual behavior. This assessment offers insights into how people interact, lead, and work together.

Happy platform also features Coach, a powerful tool that offers personalized guidance and coaching curated by top leadership coaches and AI. Happy Coach offers insights ranging from leadership development to improving relationships with coworkers and managers and resolving conflicts.

Cooperation with The Gradient

“We’re excited to share the launch of a Happy platform with our customers,” said James Lawrence, co-founder of Happy Companies. “Our work with the Gradient has been inspiring. Their entire team’s desire to do great work is so clear.”

Happy is also a unique project for The Gradient, as our team was beta testers for the first version of the platform. We had an opportunity to test our designs on a live product and collect valuable feedback we needed in order to test our assumptions and improve user experience.

“We are proud to partner with Happy Companies and help to bring to life their vision to make the future of work genuinely better, ” said Olena Zanichkovska, Founding Partner and Director of Product Strategy at The Gradient. “It has been incredible to see the journey from the vision for a product to launch, and we are happy that our team could help to make it happen.”

What’s next

The Gradient will continue cooperation with Happy Companies and will help them further their mission and provide support across the full product lifecycle.
