Amidst another year of growth, The Gradient welcomes three new Associate Partners. Of the three partners, two are internal promotions.

"At The Gradient, we have a unique Partner model, that lets multiple leaders take ownership of the work," says Founding Partner and CEO Denys Skrypnyk.

“By today, The Gradient was operated by three Founding Partners: Olena, Oleg, and me, who are running fairly autonomous teams and stay hands-on in every client’s project. We are welcoming new Associate Partners to make sure we have enough leadership to be directly involved in every client project. In this way, we can guarantee quality of our work as we grow as a company.”

Each of the new Associate Partners brings a wealth of experience and unique skills further strengthening our Product Strategy and Product Design capabilities.
