What you will do
Product strategy & Market fit
- You shape product strategies that align with business goals and create a real impact. You’re not just planning - you’re making sure every decision moves the product in the right direction.
- You understand the market inside and out, conducting research and competitor analysis to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- You help products succeed by optimizing go-to-market strategies and refining their product-market fit.
AI & Data-driven decision making
- You leverage AI-powered analytics to forecast trends, prioritize features, and refine strategy.
- You make sure every decision is backed by data and AI-driven insights, helping teams optimize planning, demand forecasting, and engagement strategies.
- You build data-backed strategies that drive user retention, growth, and monetization.
- You understand how AI tools and LLMs work — and can prototype AI-driven features, experiment with APIs, and collaborate with engineers and designers to turn ideas into functional proof-of-concepts.
Cross-functional collaboration
- You don’t work in silos - you bring together design, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution.
- You turn ideas into action by translating business objectives, user needs, and execution plans into clear roadmaps.
- You guide teams through workshops, usability testing, and strategic discussions to align efforts and improve product direction.
Monetization & Performance optimization
- You define what success looks like, setting and tracking key product metrics (KPIs).
- You craft pricing and monetization strategies that drive business profitability while keeping the user experience at the core.
- You use AI-driven insights to optimize user retention, conversion, and overall growth.
Leadership & Communication
- You present and defend your product strategies to clients and internal teams, ensuring buy-in at every level.
- You align stakeholders and execution teams, making sure everyone is moving toward the same vision.
- You foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration, always looking for ways to push boundaries and create better products.
What we are looking for
- Have 5+ years of experience in product strategy, business analysis, or a related field.
- Confidently use AI tools for decision-making, prototyping, and workflow optimization.
- Think in systems, understand UX and user psychology, and care about impact.
- Communicate clearly in English (Upper-Intermediate+).
- Bring a product-first mindset and thrive in fast, collaborative environments.
